COLORS OF THE SEA
by South Florida Underwater Photography Society
Opening Party September 17th, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The underwater world is a fascinating place, and we invite you to dive in and experience all the colors of the sea in this amazing gallery showcasing images produced by the South Florida Underwater Photography Society. The underwater world of South Florida is both bountiful and diverse, and this gallery will highlight five underwater themes applicable to our local waters:
- Enjoy a wide-angle view of the large animals swimming in our seas, along with some of the historic wrecks that reside near our local reefs
- Get close, closer, and then even closer to our macro section, capturing the activities of the small animals we encounter in the tiniest of spaces
- See the lush beauty and landscapes of our coral gardens and coral reef habitats along the coastline
- Venture inland to our freshwater section, where aquatic plants and animals thrive from the murky Everglades to the underwater ecosystems of our natural springs
- Explore the deep with images from black water dives in which we encounter in the Gulf Stream off the Florida coastline
Come see the colors of the underwater world through our lens, and perhaps one day you too will be inspired with a captivating journey of your own below the seas.
