NOVEMBER 12TH 2024 - VIRTUAL MEETING VIA ZOOM
AN NG - HARNESSING GOD’S GIFT TO HUMANITY: THE TG CAMERA
Meeting starts at 6.45pm. You must have created a Zoom account and be logged in to join the meeting. Enter meeting ID 94559407242 and passcode 359571 if prompted.
Join macro specialist An Ng as she demonstrates how to keep it simple – using the Olympus TG tough camera and minimal lighting equipment to harness the full potential of its macro photography capabilities. An’s presentation will also include a brief overview of sea slug biodiversity in Semporna, Malaysia.

An Ng is a full-time underwater macro dive guide and photographer with firm foundations in the concepts of backyard diving and exploration, recording species in locales off the beaten commercial track and making full use of minimal photography equipment.
It is An’s life goal to show through her work that there is no such thing as a lousy dive site or a lousy camera – shedding light on the biodiversity and beauty of places like Pulau Hantu in Singapore, Pulau Tioman in Malaysia, and Fitzroy Island in Australia. She has now set roots in Semporna, Malaysia where she owns and runs the dive outfit Semporna Macro Critters, focusing on underwater macro photography. The sheer level of sea slug biodiversity in Semporna continues to astound her every day.
