Since becoming certified in 2013, Jack has evolved into an avid diver, regularly exploring the underwater world 2-3 days a week. As a PADI Divemaster and technical diver specializing in cave and wreck dives, his passion for learning about diving remains insatiable.
Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Jack relocated to San Diego in 1989 to pursue his surfing dreams, laying the groundwork for his future underwater endeavors.
After a career shift, he joined Diving Unlimited International, a leading drysuit manufacturer for scuba diving, where his multifaceted skills were quickly recognized. DUI tapped him to lead marketing, advertising, and trade show efforts. One of the territories he managed was the state of Florida, where his expertise in technical and cave diving proved key to connecting with local divers and dive shops.
As Jack continues to discover new dive sites worldwide, he’s taken up underwater videography and photography, embracing the creative challenge. One of his main goals in underwater photography is to capture a story or create visually stunning photos, hoping to present a different view of the undersea world.
