Hi, I am Keone, an Underwater Photography Creative based in Gainesville, Florida. Born and raised on the vibrant twin-island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, I have spent the past decade travelling and diving our Blue Planet, immersing myself in cultures and experiences that have deepened my love for nature.
In my adventures, I became a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor teaching and introducing people to the amazing underwater world. In 2017, I purchased my first DSLR camera to capture and share a glimpse of those breathtaking moments. This seemingly small decision changed everything. It led me to underwater photography, and a deep passion to share the beauty and fragility of our oceans and waterways. Through the lens of my camera, I hope to inspire awe, wonder, and a sense of responsibility for our amazing blue planet that sustains us.
Whether it’s drifting alongside sea turtles, exploring natural landscapes, or documenting our evolving marine ecosystems, my photography is “a celebration of the underwater and natural world; with a call to advocate, protect and preserve it for future generations.”
