In this presentation, I will discuss the value of participating in dedicated underwater photography workshops. I’ll cover key benefits such as learning new skills and techniques, the importance of a knowledgeable workshop leader, the ability to revisit locations for better shots, and the advantages of collaborating with other photographers. Additionally, I’ll talk about the access these workshops provide to unique dive sites, the opportunity to test new gear, and the benefits of image reviews during the workshop. This presentation will focus on practical insights and real experiences to help determine whether a specialized workshop is worth the investment.
Andy is an avid photographer with a focus on underwater, aerial, and wildlife photography. Since 2011, he has attended over 20 photography workshops, honing his skills and expanding his portfolio.
