2025 SFUPS SHARK DIVE
Join SFUPS for an amazing three-tank dive to photograph sharks! Jupiter is one of the best places in the world to dive with sharks, as the Gulf Stream brings in a wide variety of these animals just miles offshore. This is a great opportunity to work on wide-angle shark photography and videography. The seasoned team at Salty Divers will help you get up close and personal with these amazing animals! If you love sharks, underwater photography, and diving with fellow SFUPS members, this is a trip you don’t want to miss—the final club dive of 2025!
DETAILS:
Date and Time: Saturday, December 6th, 2025 – 8 am departure, 7:15 am arrival at the west side of Burt Reynolds Park (800 U.S. Rte 1 Jupiter, FL). Drop your gear and park across the street. The charter should be back at the dock by approximately 1:30 pm.
Operator: Salty Divers
Price: $120 for the charter ( A charter discount is already applied) plus tax and booking fees. Aluminum and Steel tanks are available for rental and can be rented while registering for the dive.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the online price. Our hardworking captains, mates, and guides ensure your trip is safe and enjoyable. The operator recommends a $10 tip per tank as standard.
Max number of participants: 9
Certification Requirements: Divers need to hold PADI Advanced and Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx) certifications. Due to the deeper nature of the grouper dives, all participants are required to use Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx) on this dive. DAN insurance is highly recommended.
Gear Requirements: Divers will need dark hoods, wetsuits and fins on this dive, and can not use bright colored masks or fins (ex. yellow, white, pink, orange)! Divers also need to have their own BCD, Regulators, and diver computers, and also a surface marker buoy. Note that feet and ankles must be fully covered, so boots must be worn with fins.
